2. Receive personal follow-up

Claremont replies with the booking summary, payment instructions, and next steps.

3. Confirm after payment is reviewed

The reservation remains pending until payment is received and reviewed. Rescheduling is free if the room is available.

Cancellation and rescheduling

Cancellations made 24 hours or more before the scheduled reservation time are eligible for a refund minus a 20% retained amount. Rescheduling is free if the room is available.
