SCOTUS rules against Trump on tariffs

SCOTUS ruled 6-3 against President Trump’s “emergency” tariffs. 🏛️🚫 The Court held that the IEEPA doesn’t give the WH “unbounded” power to tax imports -that power belongs to Congress. The $200B question: Does the government have to pay it all back? 💸
